When you request AI feedback, the app sends your selected task, practice prompt, written answer or speaking transcript, and interface language to the TCF Lab server. Speaking feedback uses text; the reviewed evaluation flow does not send a voice recording. AI feedback and data retentionAI 反馈与数据保留
TCF Lab processes the submitted task, prompt, and answer or transcript to provide feedback. This information and the generated feedback may remain temporarily in a limited in-memory server cache to improve service efficiency. The cache is bounded in size; entries are removed as newer entries replace them or when the server process ends. TCF Lab does not write this evaluation content to its durable access or financial state.TCF Lab 处理您提交的任务、题目和答案或文字稿，以提供反馈。这些信息及生成的反馈可能暂时保留在容量有限的服务器内存缓存中，以提高服务效率。较新的记录替换旧记录或服务器进程结束时，缓存记录会被清除。TCF Lab 不会将这些评估内容写入持久的访问权限或财务状态存储。
OpenAI processingOpenAI 处理
For eligible requests, TCF Lab may send your submitted content and evaluation context to the OpenAI API to generate structured AI feedback. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. Under standard API data controls, OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs, which can contain inputs and outputs, for up to 30 days, subject to its policies and applicable legal or security requirements. The Responses API used for feedback also has a 30-day application-state retention period by default. Subscriptions and purchases订阅与购买
Purchases and restores are processed by Apple through the App Store. TCF Lab receives signed Apple transaction proofs to determine Free or Pro access, but does not receive your payment-card details. TCF Lab stores limited access and usage information, including a hashed identifier derived from an Apple app transaction identifier and associated usage counts. Operational logs may contain technical metadata such as timestamps, request status, processing duration, error categories, and limited diagnostic identifiers. The reviewed logging implementation does not include full prompts, answers, speaking transcripts, or generated feedback. TCF Lab does not implement its own backup system for evaluation content. Apple processes purchases, OpenAI may process evaluation content as described above, and infrastructure providers operate the website and app server. The reviewed app uses signed Apple proof verification and access tokens.
